Game Boy DMG Handheld Console (Clear Shell, IPS Screen)

Out of stock

Original DMG, recase and IPS screen

The original Game Boy, model DMG-01, is the 1989 Nintendo handheld that started it all. This console is an original DMG that has been recased in a clear shell and fitted with an IPS screen. An IPS screen replaces the original green-tinted display with a brighter, sharper, backlit panel, so games are much easier to see in any light. It plays original Game Boy cartridges, plus the black dual-mode Game Boy Color cartridges made to work on the original Game Boy.
