Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit introduced the police chases that became a series hallmark. Race exotic cars including the Lamborghini Diablo SV, Ferrari 550 Maranello, Mercedes CLK-GTR, Corvette C5 and Jaguar XJR-15 through night racing and extreme weather, with the cops hot on your tail. Split-screen racing lets two players go head to head, and in Hot Pursuit mode you have to evade roadblocks and spike strips to win.
